I believe in life as with everything, we can look for the positive or find a silver lining in what is occurring right now in the world.

Creating more fear and feeling out of control are not experiences that human beings enjoy and I am not particularly fond of either.

I do know from experience, however, that my thoughts play a huge role in how I feel mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

My thoughts impact how I experience life, how I interact with or influence others, what choices I make, what actions I take or don’t take, what I may or may not say too.

This wasn’t something that I was naturally aware of but the more I practiced ‘Loving the Mind’ through a meditation/mindfulness practice, the more aware I became of how truly powerful we are and that we all can make a difference to the life we lead.

While many of you may be experiencing uncertainty during these times, I feel this is a time for us to slow down, press the pause button and reconnect not only to ourselves but to family, friends and loved ones…
