I’m 33 and probably the stiffest person on earth — all day in front of the computer, bad posture, awkward and body-conscious. Is there hope for me? Hahaha!
And I remember trying yoga poses and feeling some muscle pains so I’m probably doing it wrong. How do I know I’m doing it right and not actually breaking myself into arthritis? Especially now that we’re on lockdown and without a teacher to look after me.
Lastly, how early can I introduce yoga and meditation to kids? I have a hyperactive 18-month old daughter right now and I’m wondering what habits my husband and I can start as early as now to ease her into them…
